Deliveries
There is a flat rate postage fee of £10 for all orders placed through the website to any UK address.
Orders are sent via Courier or Royal Mail. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
Where all ordered items are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us on 02476 841750.
Should you require an urgent shipment, please call us on 02476 841750 before 11am and we can advise if a same day dispatch is possible, based on the item(s) ordered.
Custom products, special order items and items not held in stock will be subject to a longer lead time. Our sales team will advise you of the expected lead times when placing your order. Delivery costs and lead times for larger items, such as our lightbars and mast systems, will be confirmed along with your quotation from our sales team.
Returns
Thank you for your order with Woodway Engineering. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the products, and wish to return items to us, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. You can call us on 02476 841750 or email [email protected], stating:

Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your returns note, which will be issued following your request.
We will process your refund, or credit your Woodway account, within 30 days of receiving your returned goods in resaleable condition.
Returns Exemptions
Returns and refunds are not applicable for Custom Products. Our handsets and lightbars which have been customised to suit your specification can only be returned if faulty
If we import special order items from our manufacturers into the UK to fulfil your order, this may be classed as a Special Order. Where we have never held stock of a product, and have ordered these specifically to suit your requirements, your order can only be returned if faulty. Our customer service team will advise you prior to payment if your items are a Special Order.
We sell a range of Clearance and Last Chance items at discounted prices through our website. Due to many of these products being discontinued, it is not possible to accept returns on these products unless faulty.

Return of Faulty Goods
We advise that you check your order carefully on receipt to ensure that we can assist with the replacement of any faulty goods. If any part arrives with you and is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible on 02476 841750 or email [email protected] with details of the faulty part. Our team will be happy to assist you in arranging a return.
Once returned to us, the product will be fully tested, and if found to be faulty we will provide you with a replacement product, refund or a credit to your Woodway account. Should you require an immediate replacement, this will be chargeable, with the amount credited to you once we have tested your return and found it to be faulty. Wherever possible, we advise that you wait for your return to be tested and a new part issued to you, as if no fault is found, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be given for the replacement part purchased.
Warranty Returns
We are confident in the quality and performance of our products, and as such, you’ll find many of our products benefit from an extended warranty period. The warranty period will be displayed on the website, or you may contact Woodway for further information.
If you experience a fault with your product within the warranty period, please call 02476 841750 or email [email protected] who will be happy to assist you.
